CarOrPass is a planning tool for people who want to understand a car deal without becoming experts in dealership finance.

What we focus on

We connect the parts buyers often evaluate separately: vehicle price, taxes and fees, add-ons, trade equity, financing and ongoing ownership cost. The product is designed to show the assumptions behind an estimate rather than hiding the assumptions behind a single unexplained result.

What we do not do

We do not promise the “right” price for every vehicle, guarantee a loan offer, provide legal or tax advice, or tell you that a dealer is acting unlawfully. The final contract and actual quotes always win over an estimate.

Our standard

Useful before clever. Clear before comprehensive. If a feature makes the tool harder to use without helping the decision, it does not belong in the main flow.
